An evening with Terrance Dicks
Other people may claim to be Doctor Who's mother and father, But Terrance Dicks must certainly be the series' favourite uncle. He's written scripts, been script editor, written novelisations and novels and encouraged other talent. He is still writing, in fact: it was as a chirldren's author that he came to the Midlands for an educational event and The Whoovers were able invite him back to their meeting for part of the evening. Our other guest Big Finish's John Ainsworth helped make this a really bumper night. |
