An evening with Lisa Bowerman

On Friday 6th November 2009, Whoovers proudly presented 'An evening with Lisa Bowerman'.Lisa played Karra in the last televised story of the original Doctor Who series in 1989; Survival, as well as the voice of Professor Bernice Summerfield in the Big Finish audio dramas.

In recent years Lisa has become a regular director for Big Finish - the company behind Doctor Whos audio adventures and continues a successful caree as a portrait photographer. It was in this capacity that she found herself taking an early publicity portrait for an unknown young actor by the name of Matt Smith!
